P2 MXF native?

Hi Can someone kindly confirm that Vegas Pro 8 handles P2 MXF files natively or not?

It does not accept .MFX files. You must use Raylight to transcode to AVI.

Vegas accepts P2 MXF files with the Raylight Ultra plug-in.
