Forgive my ignorance - did you mean both Wade and I? Is it just for the purpose of getting our email addresses to correspond re the issue (in which case it's ian@videoit.uk.com) or is there something specific you want me to put in the email?!?

Sorry, having a dumb moment!! Was up at 4am to take a friend to the airport.

I wanted e-mails on both issues just so I'd have a better way to remember when I get home. So please send me an e-mail about the lockup after render issue.

Ah, I see! Email duly sent.

I now have some good news to report on this issue. I believe we now have a fix. You can download Excalibur 6.0.6 from http://www.jetdv.com/excalibur which will give you the following changes:

Version 6.0.6

1. Updated Logo Resize so that images smaller than the video size are reset back to the original size and images larger than the video size are reset to be screen size.
2. Fixed an issue where AutoSave would try to save while the "Render Complete" dialog was still visible.
3. Fixed an issue where AutoSave would prevent Vegas from releasing media when not the active application.
4. Fixed an issue in Video Scrapbook where an empty event on the timeline would cause an error message.
5. Project Inspector will now detect looping events.

Edward,

Just to confirm that following your email I have tested the new version as much as time will allow this week and have come across no problems. Looks like all is now well.

Thanks for sorting this problem out.
