Video Output FX - how to make it stick?

I would like to make the Plug-in from video Track FX, Sony Timecode stay open as part of my Window Layout and haven't been able to figure this out. After closing my project I have to re-open it using the Video Fx icon. It's a very small issue but after awhile it gets tiresome.

BTW & OT, my feature film My Dog Tulip is an official selection at Toronto's TIFF, Ottawa Animation Festival, and Pusan; was also at the Annecy, France Animation Festival ... so far. The trailer for Tulip can be seen here:

My Dog Tulip

My wife and I are now working on our next feature about Joshua Slocum, the first man to circumnavigate the world solo which he did in the late 1800's in a 37 foot sloop, Spray. A few clips of the WIP:

Thanks Mike; it's reassuring to me that I'm not completely dumb. I've been postponing this question for a long time.

No problem Paul.
I was as surprised as you to find out that I couldn't do it.

Remember what's been said here before:
There's no such thing as a dumb question.
After all, that's how we all learn.
Believe me when I say that I've asked my fair share of questions over the years and have always gotten quick and helpful answers.
That's what makes Vegas users so great!!!
