DVDA - return to main menu?
I know I've done this before but I'm having a brain freeze today :-)
I'm putting the finishing touches on a DVD of a Christmas concert (22 songs). The main menu page has a "PLAY ALL" and a "Scene Selection" button. Clicking "Scene Selection" brings me to the next page (page 2) with links to songs 1-11 as well as links to the Main Menu and the next page (page 3). The next page (page 3) has links to songs 12-22 and a link to the previous page. What I also want on this last page is a "Return to Main Menu" button and I can't remember how I've done this before. If I stick in an empty button and check End Actions, I only see links to the songs on this page and a link to the previous page (page 2), not the Main Menu on page 1. If anyone can tell me where I'm going wrong, I'll be very grateful!! |

Mike, it's hell to get older isn't it? ;-)
Single click the button, goto BUTTON PROPERTIES set the NAVAGATION button(s) That should take care of it for you

Turns out that clicking the button, then going into the ACTION tab for the button properties and choosing Main in the Destination drop-down box allows me to go back to the main menu. I was positive I had explored that option earlier without success but obviously not. Many thanks and a very happy new year!! |
