Could you guys recommend some websites for video templates when making commercials or short intros to videos.

Never heard of such a site. Short commercials are too easy to do with out a template. Short commercials are also what I do for a living and it isn't likely you would find veggies with out paying for them. And any veggie that is a cookie cutter for short commercials is likely to be so vague and general as to be useless.
