Powerpoint presentation - how do I get it into Vegas
As the heading says...I have a powerpoint presentation that needs to be imported in so I can use it to cut to during the speeches - how can I do it?

In Power point export as a .png, click all photos and bring it onto the timeline

Do a search here for "Powerpoint". You'll find several methods for doing this. Depending on exactly what you need, one method may be better than the next.
