Problems with ver 11 cineform and MS

I can not seem to get a cineform encoded file to work consistantly in 11. It will import, preview, but when it comes to rendering( mostly DNxHD) I get black frames at random times.( this is not just limited to DNxHD)
I have tried with both GPU on and off. The same file works well in 10.
I can't seem to get anything to render in MS MP4. I'm not using old templates but the builtin ones.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled with the same result.
I am thrilled the new nightly build of Handbreak will now accept 10 bit files, I would like to use this format (DNxHD 10 bit) to archive in as well as easily run through handbreak when I want to post on line.
Cineform says to blame Sony, I'm sure Sony sees it the other way around but: the file processes well in ver 10, as well as in Lightworks.
Suggestions? I mean other than use ver 10.

Re: Problems with ver 11 cineform and MS

I have noticed the same, but under different circumstances. When I export my animation clips as AVIs which I rendered with CineForm, randomly they will appear black in Vegas and only some clips, even though all have been rendered the same way. I had to cease using CineForm and switched to another codec available to me (Uncompressed (BGR24)..
