Any experience with VegasPro12 + UltraStudio3D + Win7 64bit?

I´m planning to buy two UltraStudio3D interfaces to use on Win7 PC´s with thunderbolt and Vegas Pro 12 installed.

The reason for choosing UltraStudio3D is that I want the HDSDI, anlg and AES/EBU connections plus the fastest interface I can get (I don´t like SCSI - it is too expensive).

The manual of the UltraStudio3D states that software and drivers for Windows is available.

Can someone confirm this combination will work and/or BMD will supply driver updates (supporting Win7 64bit) in the future?

I´ve had horrible experiences in the past with DPS/Leitch/Harris VelocityHD - they discontinued the product 2 weeks after buying the VelocityHD hardware and the reseller shutdown his business. So support is a very important issue for me.

Thanks in advance.

PS I´m planning to buy the Asus P8Z77-V Premium mainboards incl. thunderbolt port.
