Vegas 6d supports 1080 24p/30p but not 25p. Why?

I have just checked my version of Vegas 6d to see if it will support the Sony V1's 25p mode. I live in PAL land. If I go to the "Render as" menu there is a setting for HDV 1080 24p and another for 1080 30p. But nothing for 1080 25p. So why no support for PAL users?

I guess this means V 6d cannot deal with the V1E. Pity. Is there a download? Or do I have to shell out more cash once more??

really...all ya gotta do is change the preferences in the CUSTOM tab. Just 'cuz there isn't a preset, doesn't mean you can't.

John,
File/Render As/(choose the format you want), and in that format choose the Custom Tab. Set the options to how you'd like to render. I just did a 25p render for giggles, and it works as expected. Here are the MPEG settings I used.
