Panoramic Line Scan Camera

Im currently in possession of a Kodak KLI-2113 trilinear ccd and was wondering how i might go about using it to create a 360 degree panoramic camera. I am currently using a modified logitech hand scanner to take panoramic images but the quality is low and its very slow.

I was wondering if it might be possible to create a sensor board that could be used in conjenction with one of the elphel cameras ( to aquire the image.

Any useful information or pointers in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks alot
