How the XL2 Differs From the XL1S

Although the XL2 outwardly appears very similar to the XL1 and XL1S, inside it's a completely different scene. Perhaps the biggest difference internally, beyond the 16:9 CCD block and adjustable frame rate capability, is the Total Image Control menu set with a broad variety of user-adjustable parameters. What follows below is a reference list for XL1 and XL1S owners who are considering upgrading to an XL2.
