Replacing Clips in PP2 at DVinfo.net

Hey guys,

I just did some final SFX editing in AE for a clip which I've already got cut up in PP2...

Usually what I do to replace the clip is just move the file from the original spot, wait until PP2 asks me where the file went, then I point to my AE edited clip and it works out....mostly. The old Bait'n Switch.

Are there any other "kosher" ways of doing this??

In the project panel, right click the file - you will see 'make offline' and 'link media' options. Read up about those in the Help documents.
