Updated Plugins for CS5
FYI....
ProDAD is now selling the Mercalli 2.0 stabilization plugin for CS5... they also now have a stand alone version too. RedGiant Software has also just released Colorista II... works very well. |

Mercalli 2 apparently exists, and there is some idea of pricing:

But you are right in that its not on the yet... so if you want it I'd write to them and ask for pricing and all... here is a blurb on it on youtube... YouTube - DEMO proDAD Mercalli V2 Video Stabilization Also here is the tutorial for Colorista II... the masking for color correction is great.. and you get to key it too. there are three on this site... just go to Colorista II tutorials... the third tutorial really shows the mask/keying... I don't think Red Giant has released SteadyMove for CS5 yet... But I'm also getting tired of paying for the updates from Red Giant... its getting to be expensive

I just got a pre release ver of Mercalli - works like a treat! the interface is different (I don't know that I like it) but it does the job - quick and easy

I just stopped to grab a coffee and say - boy I love Mercalli! - it's great to have it back, turning marginal shots into "smooth as a baby's bum"

I did contact support (customerservice@prodad.com). They tell me three times they have now problems their installation program, please download again. Then they left me no answer. I have removed all, cleaned registry and installed again no help. Small company, no support... Have anybody found instruction manuals for new version V2? |
