How to get the Matrix bullet time sound
Hi, I'm wondering if anyone knows any good ways to get the sound used for the bullet time sequences in The Matrix. The sound I'm talking about is like the normal scene's sound kind of slows down, then there's a low "whooshing" sound. It's hard to explain without sounding like an idiot, so there, I tried lol. Thanks.
