Yeah I gathered you'd sorted just about everything :-)

You also gave some good reasons for abandoning the spinning design on another thread. You pretty much tried everything... have you made wax screens? :-)

Andy, wax screens have been ruled out (at least for now) in production versions. That's not to say we haven't played though :-) So far, light loss (particularly in a flipped config) is the biggest concern.
