Recently Released Classified Image
Well, it was just a matter of time. They hid the F-117 stealth bomber from us for 30 years and finally revealed it in the early 90s. Now this image surfaces only to confirm that there is, in fact, a galaxy far, far away and all of this time we thought George Lucas was the original creator of this machine. According to the image's info, this was in use in 1942, long before the stealth, and I wouldn't be surprised if some of it's technology was borrowed for the stealth platform. I wonder why George used models instead of renting a few of these?

^Come on. This is a joke! Why don't you get stock 1940s film footage and use Shake 4.0 to get some hard evidence?

James that's awesome, here's a photo I found where someone photoshopped out the x-wing and put some boring old F2A-3 fighter in it's place. I think it was a waste of time for them to photoshop that though because the x-wing is much cooler.

What an interesting twist... Try going to navsource.org clicking on escort carriers and then uss longisland, scroll down the page and the picture should be there... I'm beginning to think that this picture is the real one and the government doesnt' want us to know about it.
I've copied it and put it on my homepage before it dissapears again... http://homepage.mac.com/edgefox/PhotoAlbum12.html
