How do I ingest 25f from XL-H1 to Avid express?

I was on a recent 3 days shoot shooting DVCPro (using a 2/3 camera). I was supplied a JVC 101 to use as a B camera. The JVC turned out to be broken when we unpacked the camera. (Before you ask, it worked when we checked it out the day before)

I had my personal XL-H1 with me and since we were e shoothig Progressiv, I decided to shoot in HDV 25f to best match the quality of the DVCPro.

I (stupidly) assumed Avid supported 25f by now (I have FCP at home), but the Production company have a few Avid Express suites that they will be using for this project.

I´m going there on Monday to capture the footage (I have to use my camera as the Sony decks won´t play back the Canon footage)

What way is the best to get this footage into a DVCPro time line in Avid?
Should I capture it in FCP at home and convert it to DVCPro there and bring it on an external HD?
Or is it not possible?

Any help would be appreciated.

PS I´m not an editor, I´m a cameraman that mostly hand over my footage to Editors after a dayus work
