Access to battery with CineFocus DSLR baseplate?
Anyone know if the CineFocus DSLR baseplate allows you to remove battery on 7D (or 5D) without having to take it off the plate?

I don't have that piece specifically, but it seems as though the battery compartment on the 7d would be just enough out of the way to not cause issue. Good luck!

I watched a video where I saw for sure the RedRock DSLR plate allowed you to remove the battery no problem. I'm sure they are all similar in that sense, I will message RedRock directly or check their site. That info is probably listsed there.....
thanks for the reply. |

The RedRock DSLR baseplate definitely allows battery removal. Just make sure to attach it with the "screw" opposite the battery side.
