DVD: Guide to GL2 ?

I found this site http://www.canondvguide.com that sells a DVD called THE ULTIMATE GUIDE TO THE GL2.
Has anyone in here ever deal with this place or bought this DVD.
I would like to order it, but I thought it would be a good idea to ask you guys first if it is a legit place or even if it is a DVD that’s worth the money?
Thank you

This place is news to me. I've never seen anything produced by them but I'm extremely skeptical of the value of anything billed as the "ultimate" anything.

I did review a DVD produced by Birns & Sawyer that featured Greg Salman discussing the XL1s to a B&S-hosted class. It was certainly nothing special and not worth $30 (or whatever B&S was charging for it).

I'm also a bit skeptical about these kind of DVDs. Some time back I purchased a copy of "Shoot for the Cut" which purported to be a complete training guide to the GL2. It turned out to be a generic video production training program, onto which an additional segment about the GL2 was added. The GL2 segment was extremely basic, nothing I couldn't learn from reading the manual.

This particular training DVD was done by an associate of mine, Greg Salman, whom I have known closely for several years now. Birns & Sawyer had nothing to do with this one; it's Greg's baby all the way so there was nobody telling him how to do it. I give it two thumbs up, way up. Expect a review on the site shortly.
