Playing gl1 tapes on jvc sr-vs10 or 30

Can anyone tell me if I can play my minidv tapes from my GL1 on either of these JVC decks?
I want to convert my tapes to Pc and do not want to use my GL1 as the deck.
Thanks

Suggest you search the forums on the model numbers for any first hand experience reports.

In general, any MiniDV recorder/player should be able to play back a tape recorded with the GL1 (or any other MiniDV camcorder), provide both machines have their tape path alignment within specification. However, playback of tapes recorded at LP speed can be problematic.
