Sony's HV10 killer at CES?

More angst for those in this forum who have not yet made the leap, I suspect. Upgraded imager, optical stabilisation, mic & headphone inputs - could this be video porn? Although announced at CES yesterday, details are still a bit sparse.

Very interesting; thanks. The LANC jack is another feature that the HV10 lacks.

If the HC7 comes in at the same weight as the HC3 (1.2 lbs), it will be slightly heavier and larger than the HV10.

Of course, the HC7 must deliver on picture quality, where the HV10 shines.

Competition is good. ;-)
