Does anyone know of any manufacturers of 43mm Circular Polarizing Filter to suit HV20?

Hoya makes one. I have one on backorder! Cannot tell anything about quality.

Edit: I do use a HOYA HMC UV and HOYA HMC ND8 and found them to be quite good.
