iMovie Capturing 1080i in 4:3 SD

Im not sure what I did...one day while attempting to upload footage from my HV20 into iMovie, when I connected it, the file went from 1080i to DV, and then condensed the image to 4:3. It never did this before, but for whatever reason it started doing it, and now it captures footage like this constantly. Im not sure if I messed up a menu option somewhere or what...I just know it wasn't doing this before.

Anyone else having a similar problem?
