A1/G1 used for Online Tom Green Show?

Was just poking around the internet and found the Tom Green website. Never was a big fan but he now does a nightly show from his living room. Broadcasted for free online. Looks like they are shooting with some A1 or G1s.

Current footage is of the "studio"

Ya, for a 'free' show I counted about $300k -$500k worth of equipment... They also use the HVX200 in the field.. I believe they primarily use the G1...

If you troll around the Internet there is a 10 minute video behind the scenes...

I was really surprised that Tom Green knew a ton about the equipment... Most talent have the attitude "Is it a camera... Does it have a matte box... Ok then great lets roll...."

Tom was using initially the HVX, then moved to the G1, A1, and HV20/HV30. They are moving around the country in a RV that is completly rigged to do their web casts.

While 90% of the time I do not care for his humor I have to say that I really like seeing Technology being utilized in such a cool way :)
