Very well done, looks very good to me!

What pre-sets did you use? (I like the colors!)
Did you use a dolly?

Best regards,

RW

Enjoyed it Kurt! Some really nice shots.

I would have thrown up though if I was filming on the merry-go-round.

35mm adapters or stock lense?

Good luck with your project.

Excellent footage there Kurt. I too would be very interested to know what presets you used. Did you manually WB?

footage looks very tinted, at least to me...but definitely has the film look going on. What I'm wondering is how you got 24f to look so smooth, especially in vimeo ; ). Perhaps spinning has a different effect than panning, or maybe it's just because the background was not what you were focusing on...i'm thinking the ladder. (ref. merry go round)

thanks for sharing, can't wait to see the finished product!

haha john yeah, the image isnt graded yet, n I need a field monitor because focus was difficult on that horrible little lcd. smooth 24f is just 48/60 shutter and slow, smooth movements. and yeah you were right about the merry-go-roun, itds just the backgound moving that gives it a nice blur, those were actually shot at the wide angle.

In that case I can't wait to see the final product ; ). Also I'll try the preset out, I have a music video coming up and it's about time to do some exploring.
