Canon Shooting Brace SBR-1000

I am looking at purchasing this brace for use with a XH A1s.
Has anyone experience with this type of brace?
Is the camera well balanced on the strut?
Is it hard to tilt up or down a small amount, something like 20 degrees?
Is the strap still comfortable at the back of the neck after 15 minutes or so?

Regards,

Martin

Here's a similar one but with a waist belt:

I've never used either one, but I think I'd like the belt better than the neck strap.

Canon Shooting Brace SBR-1000

Hi Bill,
Thanks for the info, I have been trying to find reviews on the canon brace but have been unable. The Compact Belt unit looks also interesting, the rod under the camera is a lot longer however and that would probably make it harder to put the camera down as the rod sticks out a long way with the camera on its side.
Someone must be using this type of thing, lets wait for a reply.

Thanks,
Martin
