Security Key problem
A few days ago I deactivated my NEO on one machine (following the Cineform instructions) in order to install on another. The problem is that on my deactivated machine everytime I start Sony Vegas, DVD Architect or AE I get a key required error. It's not a big deal in Vegas because I can just cancel it but AE is an endless loop of key required messages regardless of how many times I try to cancel. I had to Ctrl-Alt-Delete and cannot use AE.
Do I need to file a ticket? Thanks, Marc |

Uninstall. De-activion haven't removed the components your tools are still trying to use.

That solved the problem for AE. Vegas stills gives me an error but I can cancel no problem. Thank you.
