Prospect HD or Neo HD for Premiere CS5 at DVinfo.net

Looking to upgrade from Aspect HD to 64 bit pc system with Premiere CS5.
I have heard conflicting upgrade suggestions.
Neo HD and Prospect HD ( currently cineform is working to support CS5)
Which is the correct upgrade for pc users. I'd like to take advantage of First light also.

Jason, take a look at a few Tech Blog posts and threads in DVInfo for answers, including these two specifically:

In your specific case I'd recommend upgrading to Prospect HD by Thursday which will get you a free upgrade to Neo4K on Friday.
