Help with Crank

I have a EX1, can anyone tell me the exact settings to shoot SlowMo

I tried following the manual and I can not get any results

I don't know what I'm doing wrong

So instead of me telling what my settings are I need some one with an EX1

tell me from camera out put to all Nano settings

Please Help
