Slider or Dolly for Sports

Hi everyone,
I'm currently in the market for a dolly or slider to film action sports and other video related pieces. I've been thinking of getting the Welcome To Eazy Dolly.com. It was made by someone who films skateboarding and seems like the best choice.

However, would a slider be a better choice as its more portable? Or would it be to slow to film a moving biker or snowboarder?

Thanks,

Wendell Frink
