Synced clips: adjust audio channels separately?

I shot an interview with a GH4 using a wireless mic and recorded my own voice on a Zoom H1. I've synced the clips and now I want to make a mix of the two audio channels. Is that possible with this workflow?

I can't figure it out. I can turn off one channel but I don't want that. And when I lower the volume -even with one channel disabled- it affects both.

All I want is to be able to lower the volume on one channel. Should be simple...

Try this: right click the clip and select expand audio components.
