how to use compressor at DVinfo.net

Hi Guys
Can someone give me a detailed description on how to use compressor. I have three items that need to be put on a dvd- full version - highlight - love story. How does this thing work?

Also can I just export to quicktime movie or will this not work? I am switching from ppro2 and need help with the finer details.

in FCP with your sequence open select export>using compressor

In compressor pick your settings from the setting palette and drag it into the window that say "drag settings and destinations here". Then pick your destination and drag it on top of each of your settings. Hit submit and you're all set.
