Gary,

which version of Compressor? In the latest (Compressor 3), there's a window called "Settings" from which you drag a preset to the imported file entry in the main window, thereby adding the selected output/encoding type to the job in your batch window.

http://manuals.info.apple.com/en/Com...ser_Manual.pdf

Compressor 2 worked a little differently, but basically the same decisions/inputs need to be made: add an input file to a batch, then for each input file add all desired kinds of output to the batch. Finally, start the batch.

Oh, and you may need to add a destination for each produced file, too.
