24fps to 30fps? hmmmm...

i shoot with an XH-A1, HV30 and a 5D at 30fps, and am getting a s95 with underwater housing that shoots 720 24p. i would like to continue shooting at 30fps. the question is how to best conform all this footage on the same timeline?
i think transcoding (FCP /Compressor ) to pro res 1920x1080 30p is preferred to edit the first three cameras, but the s95 i am not sure about... it will be b cam/crash cam/underwater cam, so a low % of overall footage. will transcoding 720 to 1920x1080 and 24 to 30fps render (no pun intended) the footage quality useless? what would be the most efficient workflow with the best quality?

from what I understand about editing in FCS, is unless you're planning on overcranking (for slowmo effects) then that frame rate difference won't make much of a difference in look and feel once exported.

I just realized I was wrong so edited my post with a link to answer some of your questions.

I don't know FCP, but I do know that with the HV20 shot in 24p when you get through editing you just add pulldown back to it to make it conform to 29.97 for DVD or Blueray. Surely FCP must be able to conform it to 30 in same manner.
