Best capture and editing settings for 25P?
Here's what I'm doing:
1- Capture Settings- selected "no fields"and, in the "advanced" link, selected "progressive" 2- DId the same on the "sequence" settings Am I doing it right? Or should I do something else? I'm working with 25P footage shot on a DVX, by the way. My concern is that I believe the 25P footage is embeded in a 50i stream. Anything I need to do in particular for the best results? Thanks in advance Sérgio

Anyone? This is quite important! I'll try to see if I can find something in apple's final cut forums.

I don't work with 25p, however I believe it is embedded in a 50i stream as you say. Therefore I don't think you need to do anything special to use it, just select the regular PAL DV preset.
