Possible to do 3:2 removal in FCP?

I know you can do 2:3:3:2, but how do you do a 3:2 removal?

It's done for you automatically. Just use the standard DV-NTSC preset.

i get ugly interlacing when I use that preset, is there something im doing wrong?
