Hi I use a DR HD100

Trying to get intouch with the tech dept for a week by email and phone
no luck.

Is anybody else having this problem?

got some Batt. problems and would like extended my warr.

same here...I have inquired about the version 3.0 release on the dr-hd100 so I can record 720p60 on quicktime....According to their press release it was supposed to be released mid-jan....well we are 4 weeks past due on that...but to answer your question, I sent them an email a week and half back...no response...Just hope they have all their brains occupied into releasing the version 3.0 firmware update...any other reason would be "uncivilized"..hahaha j/k
