Anyone Else Having Problems Creating Grass Valley Account? at DVinfo.net

Attempting to download a trial of Edius 5.5, I am required to create an account. This is the page:

I keep getting an error saying that registration cannot be completed, and to try again later. I thought maybe I had already created an account, and clicked on the "lost password" link. But I do not already have an account.

Has anyone else had this problem?

it could be that the account creation process rejects hotmail or gmail or yahoo mass accounts to prevent spam

did you use a proper email address?
