I think you ( Tom Roper) just got lucky with the version (if there were more than one) of your capture utility. As I said already the scene was over 30 minutes and when captured with the JVC shipped utility it came out a mess.

Thanks for all your help, special thanks to Phil Wright for allowing me to send my original tape to him and for all the great advice. Phil captured the the original HD footage for me and burnt it on couple DVDs and sent my tape back along with the DVDs, free of charge.



I think we should just let this thread die since JVC will never address or fix this problem.
