The contact you game me for JVC here in the Toronto area was really helpful, and actually gave me a call on my cell phone. Wow, what a nice guy! He also had nothing but great things to say about yourself and this terrific forum. I will be sending in the camera for the LCD service at the end of September, as I am too busy using the camera until that time. (And I can still use the eyepiece viewfinder in the meantime). He said I just might be able to get same day serivce depending on the circumstances. Ya know, it's funny, I'm so pleased with the preliminary service, that I've forgotten so far that I've totally forgotten (almost) about the fact that this is the 2nd technical problem I've had with the JVC HD100. (I should actually be really pissed... but I'm content because of the great service.) Thanks for the tip. Michael |
