Recording Light not working

I know this is kind of petty but somehow the recording light underneath the hot shoe is know longer lighting, you know the one that has JVC or Victor written above it, it's usually on broadcast cameras, well mine worked until today, is there a setting that I must have touched for it to turn off or do you reckon there could be a problem?

Nevermind I found it, it's called the Front tally and it was set off.

I like turning that off by default.

a lot of people that are not pro actors, seem to perform better without that red light that makes most nervous (on camera)
