Hosting .mp4 on a website (Which player?)

Iam wanting to share some .mp4 footage and looking for the best player to use? I would like to use flash but I can't get it to work correctly.

I need some help.

QuickTime is the other player for MP4 files.

What is not working in Flash? In my tests it works flawlessly.
