Realtime software waveform/vectorscope

Anyone know of a program, or even an NLE that can create a realtime waveform vectorscope based on a DV input. Preferably one that could run on a laptop and needed no external hardware.

If anyone has seen something, I'd appreciate the info.

I am generally PC.

But I like macs, and would have to buy a laptop.

Hamlet are promising Vidscope soon, but they are ironing some bugs out at the moment - or that's what they told me when I tried to download the demo.

I spoke too soon - I've just received the VidScope demo. I'll try it out on a laptop over the weekend.

Best,

Edius from Canopus has a built-in vectorscope and waveform monitor. It is real-time and will monitor the DV or Analog inputs of the associated Canopus hardware.

V 2.0 which is due out next month will work with non-Canopus hardware (firewire cards) so they say. I'd expect that feature to work there too but don't know that for a fact.
