Sony HDR-XR500/520V Exposure lock?
Anyone know if you can lockdown exposure and or manual focus on the Sony HDR-XR500/520V.

Yes to both. You can use the manual dial and/or the touchscreen OPTION Menu. Pages 42 and 50 of the manual.
