Battery Power

Hi there - Was wondering if there would be any reason I couldn't use this in a pinch. I have a Bescor battery that came with a Bescor light. It has an adapter so you can plug a regular household plug into it. I have used it for powering a monitor, lasted 14 hours straight, used it to power a betacam. If needed, couldn't I do the same with a DVX or XL1s? Thanks very much.

If it has a normal power plug I would not see why not.
