Makeup for glare/reflection/hotspots

What is the kind of makeup that you put on talent so they're shinny bald head looses it's sheen? Foundation? Powder?

Does the brandname stuff work fine? What is that stuff?

I used to have some. It was a "dulling" type powder. I would go to your local department store make-up counter. Foundation could work being careful that it's the same color as the skin of your subject. Sometimes just using a paper towel to soak up excess skin oil helps.
