Carl Zeiss mixed with Optimo?

I'd like to know if shooting a film with mixed lenses would make things difficult to grade in post? Is there a big difference between the high end lenses?
They both seem to have very interesting glass to be paired with a F3 for example. The LWZ.2 paired with the Optimo 45-120mm seems to be a good mix on paper.. In real life I've got no idea though.

Thankful for any input.
