Live switcher recommendations HD under $10k

Looking for switcher recommendations. I studied quite a few, and so far the Tricaster 40 and the Blackmagic ATEM 1 production switcher and broadcast panel stand out to me. I've also been reading on the JVC 3000, but it seems pricey compared to the T40 and the ATEM1. Any experience, thoughts, ideas, suggestions, or comments will be appreciated.

If you want something really compact and quick to set up have a look at the Datavideo 2000. I have been using their previous 5 input 1000 series for four years covering football for Fox TV here in Australia. With the earlier versions you had to have an independant rack of monitors but the new 4 input 2000 kit shown on this link now has integrated multi-view monitoring of your cameras plus preview and program out.
My old 1000 kit has been bullet proof and has been dragged around all over the country and never let me down.

If you need more inputs check out the 2800 series
