I've got a film in the works and was daydreaming about the clapper board - just like I don't see the need to say 'speed' for audio when there is no speed (I'd rather hear 'recording') and seeing the clapper board irritates me - if I'm never shooting on film why do I need to see Roll

so I'm creating my own

I figure I can print that out and laminate it to fit on a clapper board frame and I'm good to go - have I missed anything?

Some decals of the side view of two hands would be hilarious to add. A bit of a fun poke at those who simply use a manual hands clap to synch audio and video (and multiple cameras) at the beginning of filming.

But hey, that's just me. :-)

actually that's a bloody scream! - i'm doing it! - where do you get the hands image?

I just googled around for some hand icons and futzed it with Photoshop.

Don't forget to share a photo of the finished product. Just saying. :-)
