2 way radios

hello there,

I am currently using a couple of Azden WR-22 series microphones. I am looking for a set of 2 Way radios that will not conflict with the transmission of my current microphone system while doing event videography. Can anyone recommend something that is good in the line of a 2 way radio system? Some of the events that I do are rather large so I will sometimes need a 3 or 4 people wearing head sets. If you could please help me out and recommend a 4 way or 3 way radio.....I would apprieciate it.

Thanks

Tim

Tim,
I recently bought a set of Motorola XTN 2100's (2 watts) with headsets. They're more than adequate for my needs.

I use an older version of the same radio, only 1 watt, but more than adequate indoors. I have 4 radios with headsets, never a problem. Paid about $50 a piece when they were closed out for the new models.

The WR-22 is VHF, the FRS radios are UHF, and they should not interfere with each other under normal use.

If I use a radio then it's a pair of Kenwood FRS with earpiece/lav mic combination.

Works nicely and doesn't seem to interfere with the VHF Lectrosonics.

It has a "privacy" feature that helps cut out any other chatter on the channel. It also has a simple scramble feature that makes it harder to evesdrop.

Also doubles as an intercom when I need to talk to talent in another room for voiceovers.
